Returns & Refunds
At Vivaldi Collezione, we want you to be confident with your purchase. If the fit or style isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange for a different size or design within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Condition of items: Products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Final sale items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Footwear & accessories: Must be returned in their original branded box and dust bag (if provided). Please place the shoe box inside a protective box for return shipping. When trying on shoes, avoid marking the soles or damaging the box.

Tags: Any Vivaldi Collezione security or brand tags must remain attached in their original position.

Intimates & swimwear: Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must be exchanged with hygiene seals intact, in unopened and undamaged packaging. These items should only be tried on over your own undergarments. Exchanges will not be accepted if items are worn, opened, or soiled.

Jewelry: Must be exchanged in the same condition as received, including original branded packaging and any accompanying documents.

Made-to-order items: Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please take care when trying on your purchase. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for exchange.
